Piercing Skull Bracers

These iron bracers, found within the depths of a naga's lair, bear a golden skull that makes you feel as though your attacks can break through enemy resistances.
As a bonus action, you utter the command word and activate the bracers. The next time you deal damage to a creature, that damage ignores damage resistances. The effect ends after dealing damage in this way, or at the end of 1 minute. The bracers cannot be used this way again until the next dawn.
