Flaeming Step (Recharge 5-6). As a bonus action the flaemer explodes, and any creature within 5 feet of the flaemer must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 10 (3d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The flaemer magically teleports, along with any equipment it is wearing or carrying, up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space it can see.

Magic Resistance. The flaemer has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Actions

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage plus 11 (2d10) fire damage.

Flaemers. The flaemer expels hellfire in three 15-foot cones. Each creature in those areas must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 31 (9d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
  A creature can only take damage from one cone, but if it is in the area of multiples cones it makes the saving throw with disadvantage.

Hellfire Heat. Resembling a hellish stalagmite the flaemer constantly breathes fire. The flaemer's many limbs end in firebreathing mouths and piercing teeth. The flaemer sucks in the surrounding atmosphere and spits out brimstone and sulphur.

The flaemer is incapable of walking, instead propelling itself with the force of its flames. The flaemer floats through the air and hurls itself through space with its explosions.

Ash-Filled Abyss. The flaemer is native to the lava-filled volcanic hellscapes that litter the abyss. Flaemers are often recruited into demonic armies to serve as shock troops. Although careless with their hellfire, their allies are usually resistant to the fire.

When left to their own devices the flaemer tends to focus on finding ways to the material plane to start wildfires. Flaemers offer their power to warlocks that want to focus on burning spells such as fireball and hellish rebuke.
