UA Hunter Conclave Patch

Author's note: On a personal level, I disagree with how UA Ranger treats the Favored Enemy mechanic. I also dislike it because having advantage on initiative rolls feels really overpowered.

Furthermore in both UA and PHB Ranger I dislike the fact that Hide in Plain Sight can't be shared to all allies and that trash features like Vanish remained a thing for Rangers in DnD 5e.

However, UA Ranger brought 1 good idea to the table, making Extra Attack a subclass choice, however they were unable to follow it up by improving on the model proposed by PHB Hunter. Henceforth,I made it my job to have a go at it in place of WoTC.
