Decursa: Pandafolk

Decursan lore, passed down through oral traidion for many centuries gives the legend of the first Pendallan ever brought into the world. The legend tells of an old God, searching the world over for its beauties; as it stepped through the lands of Vlahira the God's eyes fell upon a lone Red Panda. So vibrant in color was this Panda's coat, with such a cute personality the Deity bestowed the beast with the gift of sentience, and so the first Pendallan was thrust into the world to spread the beauty it was created from.

The Lenthain Decursans are a very proud people. Living in small communes atop the trees within Vlahira and wherever else the villages move towards the Lenthai tend to be great hunters due to their small stature and lithe abilities. The Lenthain tribes believe themselves to be the proper descendants of the Original Ancestor and hold each other to a high standard due to this belief. While they do accept and acknowledge the Cersal Pendallans as descendants of the Original Ancestor, the Lenthati choose not to mingle with their larger brothers too much due to the differences in size and habitat.
The Cersal Decursa are the larger descendants of the Original Ancestor, the Decursa as a whole don't truly know when the first Cersal arrived within the world. But there are many tales of a pair of Decursans: One Cersal, one Renthain that traveled to all the tribes of Decursans to make sure that each village was properly taken care of. As these stories are passed down, so to is the tradition of The United. Each United keeps its post until it dies, during the last 50 years of its lifetime each United begins training the next Decursa to take its place, and so continues the lifeline of The Decursans
