Totem Spirit

These option's are available to you when you choose a totem animal at 3rd level.

As with the spirits in the Player's Handbook, the options here require a a physical object incorporating some part of the totem beast, and you might acquire minor physical attributes associated with your totem spirit. For example, if you have a ape totem spirit, your arms might begin to bulge out with bestial strength, and grow thicker patches of hair.

Ape. While raging, attacking at long range doesn't impose disadvantage on your ranged weapon attacks with thrown weapons, and you can add your Rage Damage bonus to your thrown weapons total damage rolls. You must use Strength as your ability modifier for this attack.

If you hit a creature with a thrown weapon while using your Reckless Attack feature and raging, the creature is shoved back 5 feet from the weapons impact.

The spirit of the ape grants you great strength.

Aspect of the Beast

This option is available to you when you choose a totem animal at 6th level.

Ape. Climbing doesn't cost you extra movement, and your jump distance is doubled. The spirit of the ape helps you scale and bound through the environment.

Totemic Attunement

This option is available to you when you choose a totem animal at 14th level.

Ape. While raging, you can use your action to throw a creature you are grappling up to 30 feet. If the creature is larger than you, the distance you can throw it is halved. Upon landing, the creature takes bludgeoning damage equal to 1d10 + your Strength modifier.

If another creature is occupying the space where the creature lands, they must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw (DC 8 + your Strength modifier + your proficiency bonus). On a failed save, they are knocked prone and take damage equal to the amount the thrown creature received upon landing.
