# Pact of the Claw ## Pact Boon At 3rd level, your otherworldly patron bestows a gift upon you for your loyal service. You gain one of the following features of your choice. ## Pact of the Claw At third level, your patron has gifted you a claw that coats your dominant hand, a claw to tear at the very life force at your opponents. As a bonus action, you may summon your claw to your hand. While it is summoned, that hand counts as an arcane focus, your unarmed strikes with that claw use your charisma modifier for attack and damage rolls, and it deals 2d6 force damage. The appearance of your claw may vary depending on your patron, for example, if your patron is an archfey, your claw may appear to made out of tree bark, with numerous thorns and flowers blooming across it, while a fiend's claw may be made of dark red iron and studded with wicked blades. ### Eldritch Invocations These new Eldritch Invocations are added along with the Pact of the Claw. ### ## Soul Tearing *Prerequisites: Pact of the Claw, 5th level* When you take the attack action on your turn with your claw, you may attack twice instead of once. ## Grip of Death *Prerequisites: Pact of the Claw* When you land an unarmed strike on your turn, you may expend a Warlock spell slot to impose a special grapple upon your opponent. While an opponent is grappled in this way, they have disadvantage on attacks against you and you have advantage on attacks against them. If they attempt to escape the grapple, you may use your Charisma modifier for your Athletics check to maintain the grapple. ## Bulwark of Despair *Prerequisites: Pact of the Claw* While your claw is summoned, you gain a +2 Bonus to your Armor Class. ## Grim Talon *Prerequisites: Pact of the Claw, 12th level* The damage dice of your claw become d8s.
