Oath of the Queen of Spiders
Lolth, the queen of the Demonweb Pits, Goddess of the Drow, Lady of lies and chaos rarely has use for empowering champions in the way traditional gods often do. After all she prefers personal power and ability rather than gifted power. However, she has on occasion raised up a favored child or advantageous pawn to to a greater calling by channeling her demonic power through them in much the way of a traditional paladin.
Paladins of Lolth are usually Drow who have risen to the heights of their society and been given new opportunity by their god to ascend even further by assisting in her plots directly. More rarely they are outsiders who the Demon Queen can sees potential in to fulfill one of her grand plots and tread where her normal ilk cannot.
Tenets of Conquest
The Tenets of this oath are a mirror of Lolth's twisted view of the world.
Might Makes Right. Lolth only respects power and she and her followers constantly seek it, there is no greater goal and no emotion or attachment should prevent you from your upward progress.
Sow Discord. If power is the greatest virtue then you can only help the world by throwing it into chaos and conflict as this provides opportunity for the strong to rise above and removes the chafe that is the weak.
Have a Plan. Lolth delights in managing her intricate web of plots. Likewise on should always form a plan to take what they want and then say, do, and sacrifice whatever necessary to see it to completion.
Bow to the Queen. No matter how powerful you grow under her influence you will always be beneath Lolth and must willingly assist in her plots throwing away everything to serve her. This is not a virtue but a necessity to keep her favor, something that she rewards lavishly.

DM Notes
Lolth is not a traditional god and so one may want to consider replacing and radiant damage from core paladin abilities with a damage type more appropriate to a paladin of Lolth, either poison or necrotic.

Channel Divinity
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.
Spider Walk. As a bonus action, you whisper a prayer to Lolth and your legs split into 8 spider-like limbs for 10 minutes before reforming into your original limbs. While you have spider limbs you have a climb speed of 40 feet, you ignore movement restrictions and effects from webbing, and you have advantage on all saves and ability checks to keep your footing or avoid being knocked prone.
Venom. You strike with your holy symbol inflicting a terrible poison on your enemies.
Make a melee weapon attack using your holy symbol. On a hit you deal 1d8 poison damage and the creature is stunned and poisoned for 1 minute. The creature can make a Constitution saving throw at the end of each of it's turns, on the first successful save the creature is no longer stunned, on the second success the creature is no longer poisoned.
Aura of Shade
At 7th level, a bit of the Demonweb Pits seeps into the world around you obscuring secrets and lies to your benefit.
When a creature within 10 feet of you makes a Wisdom ability check or saving throw you may choose to have them subtract your Charisma modifier from the roll.
Spinner of Webs
At 15th level, your connection to the Demonweb Pits allows you to pull in sections of the environment there to coat your surroundings in your queen's webs.
As an action you can fill a 5 foot cube within 5 feet of you with webs as per the spell Web. These webs last 1 hour before disappearing back into the Demonweb Pit, leaving behind what is caught inside.
Child of Lolth
At 20th level, you can take the form of one of Lolth's spider servants. As an action you transform into a black Phase Spider (MM p.334) for 10 minute or until you fall to 0 Hitpoints, at which point you return to your normal form with your original Hitpoint total.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
