Over the course of one hour, you can bind one object to the belt. As a bonus action, you can cause 1d4 bound items to return to the belt, from wherever they may be. As an action, you cause all bound items to return. ### Creating a Belt of Returning A belt of returning is created using a leather of some kind, be it horse, dragon, or otherwise. It also requires the use of the 5th level spell *Teleportation Circle*. Depending on the spell slot level used, the belt can store a number of items. With a 5th level slot, the belt can hold 4 items, and the number of items increases by 2 for each slot level above 5th. </div>
