The Harbinger has the following spells prepared: > >At will: *poison spray, chill touch* > >3/day each: *ray of sickness, ray of enfeeblement, stinking cloud, blight, insect plague* > >1/day: *harm* > > ### Actions >***Touch of the white hand.*** *Melee weapon attack*: +6 to hit, reach 5ft, one target. *Hit*: 14 (3d8) necrotic damage and the target makes a DC 16 constitution saving throw. On a failure the target is afflicted by one of the diseases listed below, and immediately suffers its effects. > >At the end of each of the target's turns, it must make a Constitution saving throw. After failing three of these saving throws, the disease's effects last for seven days, and the creature stops making these saves. After succeeding on three of these saving throws, the creature recovers from the disease, and the effect ends. > >***Blinding Sickness.*** Pain grips the creature's mind, and its eyes turn milky white. The creature has disadvantage on Wisdom Checks and Wisdom saving throws and is Blinded. > >***Filth Fever.*** A raging fever sweeps through the creature's body. The creature has disadvantage on Strength Checks, Strength saving throws, and Attack rolls that use Strength. > >***Flesh Rot.*** The creature's flesh decays. The compelled creature moves up to his speed to intercept the attack, and takes the damage of the attack instead of the Harbinger. > > ### Legendary Actions >The Harbinger can take 2 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at > a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn, unless otherwise specified. The Harbinger regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn. > >***Attack.*** The Harbinger makes one touch of the white hand attack. > >***Symptom outbreak.*** Any creature affected by a contagious disease takes 5 (1d8) necrotic damage for each disease they carry. > >***Epidemic.*** Any contagious diseases become more infectious, infecting any creatures within a range of 5 ft. around already infected creatures. > >***Cast a spell (Costs 2 Actions).*** The Harbinger casts a spell from his list of prepared spells.
